From topping M.Tech at IIT Bombay and working in leading engineering firms like CECRI, Thermax, and Mather & Platt, HG Radheshyam Das chose a different path in 1994—dedicating his life as a celibate monk of ISKCON to youth transformation and value-based leadership.

As President of ISKCON Pune, he has nurtured a vibrant community of over 6,000 members, focusing on character development, spiritual education, and social responsibility. His global outreach was recognized by ISKCON’s Governing Body Commission, appointing him as a Global Duty Officer for Youth Training in the West. Every year, he spends three months in the USA, conducting programs at top universities like MIT, Harvard, Stanford, Cornell, and University of Washington, inspiring thousands of students to live with purpose and clarity.

He is also the Founder of VOICE (Vedic Oasis for Inspiration, Culture and Education), ISKCON’s youth wing that trains students in SQ (Spiritual Quotient)- based leadership. VOICE has empowered thousands of young people—many now working in MNCs and universities—who lead lives of discipline, purity, and devotion, becoming role models for their peers.

A recipient of the Global Excellence Award for Educating Youth through the Bhagavad Gita and the Jiva Goswami Award for Innovative Youth Outreach, HG Radheshyam Das continues to bridge science and spirituality, helping students balance academics with inner growth, overcome destructive habits, and discover a life of character, competence, and compassion.
